Snails from curd dough with apples

Ingredients

soft cottage cheese 200 grams
milk 100 ml
vegetable oil 50 ml
flour 350-370 grams
salt 1/2 teaspoon
sugar 70-80 grams
vanillin pinch
baking powder 2 teaspoons
Filling
apples 2 pieces
brown sugar 1-2 tablespoons
ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • Mix milk and butter, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, vanillin.
  • Add flour and baking powder.
  • Knead.
  • The dough is soft, plastic.
  • While preparing the filling, put the dough in the refrigerator.
  • Peel the apples, chop finely.
  • Roll out the cooled dough as thin as possible into a rectangular layer,
  • add apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  • Roll up the layer with a roll. Cut across into pieces 3-4 cm thick.
  • Bake cold 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • You can bake for 10-15 minutes on one side, then turn over to the other
  • for 10 minutes.

I remembered about my recipe.
I decided to make it a little easier (my husband is already bursting at the seams)
I took 340 grams of 1st grade flour and only 1 tablespoon of sugar.
It turned out so delicious. The apples were sweet, so the small amount of sugar is not felt
Snails from curd dough with apples
You have to do it yourself, with whole flour and no sugar at all. As a last resort, I will add a little dried fruit.
