Ingredients

Flour 3.5 tbsp.
(cups)
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 3 tsp
Sugar 2.5 tbsp.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp.
Eggs 4 things.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Pumpkin puree 2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • 1 tbsp. = 180 ml
  • Combine flour, salt, baking powder and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, both types of sugar and butter with a mixer. Add pumpkin, mix well.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix. Add raisins or prunes instead of raisins if desired.
  • Bake in a multicooker 65 + 65. Check readiness with a match.
  • There is a lot of test. You can take 2 times less ingredients, it works well too.
  • All bulk ingredients are measured WITHOUT slides.
  • I took the pumpkin raw and chopped it in a blender. The cupcake is very tasty, the pumpkin is not felt at all.

Thanks for the recipe! Instead of pumpkin puree, grated carrots on a fine grater. Steamed in silicone muffin tins, 30 minutes. It turned out delicious soft yellow muffins, the carrots are almost not felt.
