Lentil soup with zucchini and sausages

Ingredients

Lentils red 250 g
Zucchini 350 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Tomato paste 1.5 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 30 g
Hunting sausages 4 things.
Boiling water 1 l
Dried thyme 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cut the sausages, fry in heated vegetable oil and butter, put.
  • Fry finely chopped onion in the same oil until soft.
  • Add thyme (if there is fresh, it is better of course), tomato paste, lentils, stir and simmer for 5 minutes until the color of the lentils changes.
  • Add zucchini, grated on a coarse grater, mix.
  • Pour boiling water over and cook until lentils are soft for about 15 minutes.
  • Season to taste, add sausages and let it brew for 10 minutes.
