Ketchup with plums

Ingredients
tomatoes 2 kg
plums 0.5 kg
onion 2 pcs.
sour apples 4 pcs.
bitter chili pepper 1-2 pcs.
1 large head of garlic
sugar 100 g
salt 1.5 tbsp. l
pepper mixture (ground) 0.5 tsp
ground sweet paprika 1 tsp
ginger powder 1 tsp
ground cinnamon 1 tsp
vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l
red chili pepper 1 tsp
Cooking method

Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the butts. Remove seeds from plums. Cut the apples into slices, remove the seed pods. Cut the onion into large pieces. Chili pepper finely with seeds.
Put everything in the multicooker bowl, turn on the \ "buckwheat \" mode for 1.5 hours.
Cool and beat with a blender (foot) until smooth. Rub through a sieve and return back to the multicooker bowl. Add sugar, salt (I used Adyghe salt), finely chopped garlic with a knife or garlic and all the other ingredients.
Boil the ketchup on the "buckwheat" mode for another 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour hot into sterilized jars and roll up.

The dish is designed for an Output - 2.5 liters

Note
The ketchup is delicious. The pungency and sweetness can be adjusted to taste. I put in one chili and 1 teaspoon of powdered red chili. The spice is enough for my taste. And if you wish, you can add another head of garlic.
