Pogacha with Adyghe cheese

Ingredients

Flour 350 g
Yeast (dry instant) 1.25 tsp
Milk (warm) 200 ml
butter 50 g
Egg 1 PC
Sugar 1h l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Adyghe cheese 300 g
Butter for lubrication 100 g

Cooking method

  • From these ingredients we knead the dough, I made it in a bread maker, pour yeast and sugar into warm milk and leave for 10 minutes, then add soft butter and an egg, add flour and salt on top. After raising the dough, which is 1.30 minutes in a bread maker or 2 hours, if you made the dough with handles, you need to knead it well and divide it into 6 parts, roll one part thinly, transfer to a mold, grease with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese, then the next layer, etc. e. The upper, last layer of dough is also lubricated with oil. Then, with a knife or a plastic scraper, cut the cake with cells to the very bottom, cover with foil and leave to proof for 20 minutes. Then we send to the princess for 30 minutes.

IMHO; It is better to make not 6, but 5 layers of dough. And the oven is not in a mold, but immediately form a cake in a princess, because my cake raised the princess lid by almost 1 cm and was baked like that. Place a non-stick mat on top of the cake as soon as the top is browned.
