125 g rice pasta, long,
2 tbsp. l. chopped greens of basil and cilantro,
90 g bean sprouts (beans),
1 small hot pepper, serrano, or jalareno, discard the seeds and cut into slices thinly.
Lime zest for serving.

How to cook:
Dry the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper and a mixture of 5 spices on all sides ..
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large heavy skillet and fry slices on both sides until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Place the finished pieces first on paper towels and then in the slow-cooker bowl.
Put chopped onions in the same oil and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Pour 1 cup of broth into the pan and stir until all brown spots on the bottom dissolve. Transfer the contents of the skillet to a slow-cooker bowl and add the remaining stock, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce and vinegar.
Cover and cook LOW for 5 hours. The meat should be very soft.
10 minutes before the soup is ready, pour hot water over the rice pasta so that they are saturated with water.
Place the chicken on a plate, remove and discard the ginger. Remove the meat from the bones, discard the bones, and divide the meat into fibers using two forks. Return the meat to the soup. Drain pasta, put in soup, stir. Cook for 2 minutes on HI.

Rice stuck out in all directions as it should be for hedgehogs, meatballs were surrounded by a sauce of water, milk and juice of meat-fish. I decided to try another 3 hours on heating. There was no boiling, but the rice lost its hedgehog shape, it was just finally cooked like a risotto. The taste did not get any worse, the dish is appetizing, the sauce and liquid are completely absorbed into the rice. So you can cook in 3 hours on LOW, but in +3 hours on heating it is no worse, just differently. I didn't take pictures, because hedgehogs are like hedgehogs, only light because of the minced meat.
