The affront was exactly the same when I ordered the toaster. But everything is simple: you buy a plug in the store, the replacement takes about five minutes. Therefore, the tests were carried out only yesterday, 09.12.
I decided to try it: stew potatoes with meat. Greased the pan with oil, cut into circles and laid out on the bottom. There are also chopped carrots (also in circles). He threw the lavrushkas, salt, put black pepper and a clove of garlic, crushed. Mixed slightly. Then he put the sliced ​​meat on top, sprinkled with salt and marjoram. I poured boiling water. Here, it seems, was the main mistake - I was frightened by the terrible stories that there is always a lot of liquid, you need to take less of it. As a result, it was not poured to the top, the meat remained uncovered. decided to put it overnight so that it would be ready in the morning. Turned on low mode, at 11 o'clock. The maximum time for which the timer can be set is 20 hours.
Some time later, I felt an unpleasant smell - this is inevitable, you should not be afraid, the grease of the heating elements burns out. But it ended quickly.
The bottom line. The potatoes and carrots were stewed great, the potatoes even got an amber hue - due to the carrots. But, alas, the meat turned out to be very dry, albeit soft.
In addition, it was boiling quite actively, although the regime was low. There is no data on what temperature in what mode, but it looks like it is low at least 100 degrees, which is strange, in my opinion. Or is it not so? As a result, the liquid boiled away a little - alas, there is no tightness here, although not so much evaporates, in the end it was a little less than it was poured. So the lesson is to fill in completely. And 11 o'clock was too much, alas. Six hours would be enough.
In general, it is a decent product. Even what came out - if you don't think about meat - tasted very unusual and very tasty.
There is only one conclusion - to study, study and study.
Yes, has anyone tried to make pearl barley porridge as expected, with soaking for a day and evaporation for 12 hours? I would like to try.
