Girls, I'm reporting. My husband still got chicken legs with potatoes to work, and at 7 in the morning he also had breakfast with them. Everything worked out, everything came to a condition, very tender meat, itself falling off the bones (but not stewed at the same time), potatoes (cut into thick circles on the Berner) did not turn into porridge, but remained in circles.
In general, at the bottom of the saucepan, I put potatoes, chicken thighs on it, and I poured all this with a sauce of my own invention (tomatoes through a meat grinder, fried onions and carrots there - I do it in the fall). I put it on Hai, after 3.5 hours it gurgled a little from one edge, translated it to Low (about 23h30m). At 7 am everything was ready. I didn't add water.
Now I have set up to cook the language in Hai, I think that closer to night I will translate it to Low and go to bed.
