Ingredients

Flour kama 2 tbsp. l.
Or:
Rye 1 glass
Wheat 1/2 cup
barley (oats) 1.5 cups
peas 1/2 cup
berries
kefir, yogurt, yogurt

Cooking method

  • CamakertI didn’t find ready-made Kama flour, so I made it myself. We take barley, wheat, barley and peas in a 2: 1: 3: 1 ratio. Soak the cereals separately from the peas overnight.
    CamakertIn the morning, boil the cereals in salted water for 10 minutes. Do not boil peas.
    CamakertWe drain the water, put it on a baking sheet and leave it to dry until the evening, at 12 o'clock.
  • CamakertWipe fresh berries, I took raspberries and cherries
    CamakertFry the cereal mixture in the oven for about 1 hour at 200 degrees.
    CamakertGrind into flour with a coffee grinder.
  • CamakertFor 1 glass of fermented milk drink, 1 tablespoon of flour and berries to taste.
  • Camakert I made one portion with cherries, stirred it, and the second just poured the raspberries on top. Very great for an afternoon snack or snack.

Overcooking flour is not a problem. Here in another nuance - in soaking. Soaking whole grains initiates some chemical and biological processes (fermentation). They cannot be achieved using a simplified technology.
