Ingredients

russula mushrooms 350 g
chicken egg 2 pcs.
bulb onions 2 pcs.
cucumber 2 pcs.
hard cheese 100 g
salt, pepper, spices taste
sour cream 10% -15% taste

Cooking method

  • We start the salad making process by preparing all the ingredients. The longest process is the preparation of mushrooms, but you can also take mushrooms, which you just need to fry. And so, let's start
  • Peel the mushrooms, remove the film from the caps, rinse in several waters and boil for 20-25 minutes with the addition of onions, black peppercorns and bay leaves. Then we drain the water and lightly fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
