zucchini (zucchini) young medium 2 pieces
medium carrots 2 pieces
bell pepper medium 2 pieces

garlic 2 cloves

sugar 1 tsp
ground black pepper taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut vegetables into strips or cubes.
  • Heat a frying pan with oil and quickly fry the vegetables separately in portions.
  • We put it in a saucepan.
  • Add paste and a couple of tablespoons of water.
  • Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are ready.
  • Salt, pepper and add sugar.
  • Add garlic, chopped into thin slices or passed through a press.
  • At the end, put the herbs, mix.
  • Let it boil.
  • Serve as a side dish or as a separate dish.
