Ingredients

Fresh yeast 12 g
Sugar 1 table. the spoon
Potato broth 200 ml
Milk 200 ml
Whole grain wheat flour 100 g
Spelled flour (regular white) 100 g
Gluten (Panifarin) 2 table. spoons
Flour 300 g
Instant Oatmeal 100 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Butter (margarine) 20 g
Vegetable oil 1 table. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Crumble the yeast to the bottom of the bucket, add sugar, pour in liquid, add whole grain flour and spelled flour. Turn on the batch for a couple of minutes. Then add everything else. Dough mode - 1 hour 50 minutes.
  • The gingerbread man is slightly oval and sticky, but the finished dough does not stick to your hands.
  • Put the finished dough in a mold and proof it in a warm place.
  • Bake in the oven at T 180 ° (convection 160 °).
  • It is beyond words how delicious, airy, fluffy, springy bread it is !!!!

Tiny, replace spelled flour with regular premium wheat flour.
Dry yeast, I would put 1.25-1.5 tsp. spoons. Still, 500 grams of flour + 100 grams of flakes.

Changes:I replaced fresh yeast with 1.5 tsp. dry yeast (I think 1.25 tsp will be enough), spelled flour for premium flour, everything else is the same as the author's.
