Blueberry pudding

Ingredients

soft cottage cheese 10% 200 BC
sour cream 20% 200 BC
chicken eggs С0 2 pcs.
chicken egg yolks 2 pcs.
salt 1/2 tsp
powdered sugar (sugar) 5 tbsp. l.
vanillin 1 pinch
blueberry 2-3 glasses
butter for mold lubrication
semolina for sprinkling forms

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients except blueberries in a blender.
  • Blueberry pudding
  • Grease a bowl of MV or a refractory form with butter and sprinkle with semolina, add blueberries.

Note

The pudding turns out to be tender, moderately sweet, moist.

To make it denser, add 2 tbsp. l. semolina or starch.
