Natus, I prepared your pudding today, but with my changes. I did it in portions and for a couple (what to do - it should be). 3 small cups fit into the Shtebu. I poured 30 g of blueberries into each cup, poured 100 g of curd filling, put on steam for 20 minutes. Thoughtful - there is no flour in the filling, semolina too - it will not rise at all, probably or it will remain liquid. I decided to add semolina, 11 grams turned out. I took 2 large cups (just 3 previous small ones fit into them, as it turned out later), poured 55 g of blueberries and 140 g of filling, and mixed the filling with the berry, set the time the same. It's time to take out the first bowls. I got it out - a very beautiful and neat top came out, I tried it - very tasty)))
Now the son has tried the 2nd version of the pudding - the verdict, semolina could not have been added, he says dryly. For me, it's still tasty, but option 1 is probably better. And, and yet - the second option for some reason came out without a beautiful round top. In the morning I'll give him the first option, let's see what he says.
