And almost in minutes the oil began to separate. 150 g per liter is not enough, because the girls have much more output, but okay, there was something wrong with the cream initially, if they did not even thicken while they were in the refrigerator, or after they were fermented with streptococci. Therefore, I am glad at least with such a result, otherwise I did not know where to put this sour cream, and so there is already some experience in the extraction of butter. I haven't tasted it yet, but I washed it several times, I will pour in the sourness will not be strong. Now I’ll leave the freezer a bit and try ...
