Cucumber ice with mint syrup

Ingredients

Fresh cucumber 3 pcs.
Mint syrup * 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Put the peeled cucumbers in the blender bowl. Add mint syrup, lemon juice, sugar and chop until smooth. Pour into molds - this time I have disposable tiny cups - and put them in the freezer to solidify completely. After 1 hour, stick in the sticks - I have cocktail straws.
  • The frozen cucumber-mint ice is very easy to get out by first placing the molds or cups under a stream of warm water and rotating them.

Note

If there is no mint syrup, then you can pour fresh mint with sugar with boiling water, based on the calculation of leaves from 1 branch + 2 tbsp. l. water + 2 tbsp. l. sand and boil over low heat for 2 minutes, then strain and cool.
