Alcohol - I have cherry liqueur arbitrarily

Cooking method

  • Well, honestly - it all happened by accident.
  • Since the days of jelly cakes, a bag of jelly has been lying around.
  • Kissel sorbet
  • And I understand the revision led to all the lockers. Got under the arms. I cooked it to get rid of it. Yes, I did not calculate and it turned out thick. But children, if spoon with bread with pleasure. There is not much left and, of course, nobody wants to finish. I stand and hold a glass in my hands. And the husband eats the last "lazy" ice cream. And seeing that there is no more in the freezer, with the question: "Will there still be ice cream?" Well, I put this glass of jelly, adding a couple of spoons of liqueur, into the freezer and put it. After 30-40 minutes I remembered and mixed. And in the morning, the husband was pleased to scrape the delicious sherbets!
  • It turned out very tasty. Especially with cherries. But they ate the berries, not allowing me to photograph.

Very fast and delicious.
Kissel can be easily cooked from any berries. Just cook a little thicker than usual. I don’t know what’s in this jelly, the current color, aroma and smell in the frozen crumb are awesome !!! Bright, sweet, fragrant - well, just beauty! He kept his shape perfectly!
