  • This recipe appeared and stuck with us after the New Year :-) We couldn't celebrate further, but I really wanted to :-) and here it seems like ice cream, but with a very interesting effect, so funny :-) :-) :-)
  • In general, this sorbet goes smartly after any holidays :-) and in itself it is very pleasant and festive!
  • Boil sugar and water syrup, cool. Who does not really like very sweet things, you can have less sugar, in addition, it is important what kind of champagne you will have, if it is sweet, then there is less sugar, if brut it is so normal! Squeeze the juice from 5 tangerines (I tried both with oranges and a mixture of citrus fruits, but tangerines are the most tender). Mix chilled syrup, juice and champagne, I take the simplest dry or brut. For mixing, the shape must be tall, otherwise the bubbles will overflow. I have a freezer ice maker, I pour it into it and she cooks it until it is semi-solid, then I transfer it to the freezer. It is possible without ice cream, then it will be necessary to stir it in the freezer several times.
  • It turns out very tasty and refreshing ice cream, delicate color
  • I could not insert the photo in any way, but it is served with beautiful yellowish balls and can be decorated with fresh fruit or whipped cream. And eat very quickly! With such heat, it melts instantly!
