Peach and oatmeal toffee (delicious oatmeal)

Ingredients

Fresh peaches 4 pcs. 400 gr.
Butter 40 gr.
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l. + 1 tsp.
Instant Oatmeal 1 tbsp. l. with a small hill + 0.5-1 tsp.
Flour / s 1 tbsp. l. with a small hill
Juice (nectar) for baby food 200 gr.
For filing:
Mint leaves
Pine nuts
Lazy ice cream 1 yolk + equal amount of vegetable cream-cream

Cooking method

  • Peaches

  • wash and dry. After cutting along the "equator" by turning in different directions, divide it in half. Remove the bone. Set aside 3 of the halves obtained for serving. Brush the edges with lemon juice immediately. Put all other peaches in a mold, cut down.

I think you can use any fruit or berries! Instead of juice, take coolies from berries. I will definitely try and experiment!

Preparation:

Cut the butter into cubes and stir into the apricot cream. Stir well, remove from heat and add lemon juice squeezed from lemon. (LEMON JUICE DIDN'T KLALA, LEMON ORGANISM NOT VERY MUCH)
