Thanks for a wonderful recipe for dumplings. But I won't cook them in the Tupper dumpling maker. I really don't like that she doesn't cut the dough. I'd better cook them in a dumpling machine.

I know all this. But I'm a "one-armed bandit". I can't strain my left arm too much. And with one right - it's hard to squeeze. Today I made dumplings with cherries using the Tupper's dumplings. Well, at least my son helped. I'd rather be dumplings with potatoes and onions in my hellish "dumpling machine" to do. They are just smaller in size, the flavor is the same.

Tumanchik, thanks for the recipe, I really want to try! Yesterday I got this form of a trio and after a quick job I made test pies from puff pastry with cottage cheese. All the cottage cheese has flowed out ... Now I'm afraid that the filling might leak out of the dumplings!
Maybe that's not what I'm doing, like I smeared the edges with some water)

The filling is super taste from childhood! But I didn't like the dough at all! I cooked for a minute - all the potatoes were at the bottom of the pan, they ate the dough. They were just catastrophically boiled over. I won't make such a dough anymore. I'll try to steam the frozen batch, maybe this method will save the day.
