Melon-grape jelly under milk froth

Ingredients

Melon 600 g
Seedless red grapes 250 g
Light grape juice (with sugar) 300 ml
Red wine (sweet) 4 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
milk 200 ml
vanillin pinch
Gelatin 2 tsp
Mint 1 branch

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in 50 ml of grape juice for 30 minutes, then melt (I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at 750 W).
  • Cut the melon pulp into pieces, put in a bowl and add the grapes to it. Add 2 tbsp. l. sugar, lemon juice, mix and leave for 30 minutes, then put in portioned glasses together with the resulting juice, filling them a little more than half.
  • Pour the remaining grape juice (250 ml) into a saucepan, heat to a warm state and turn off. Add wine and melted gelatin. Stir and pour over the fruit, leaving about 2 cm on top for the milk froth. Put in the refrigerator to solidify completely (about 2 hours).
  • When the jelly hardens, prepare milk froth from warm milk, vanillin and the remaining sugar (2 tablespoons) in a convenient way (I heated the milk in a worldwave and used a French press). Put on jelly. Garnish with mint leaves

And I also cook it, periodically, changing wine, juices (instead of grape, you can take apple juice)
