Ingredients

Baked milk 1L
Ferment "Ryazhenka" 1 bag = 3g

Cooking method

  • I made fermented baked milk from baked milk. Tasty, simple, and sure it's healthy.
  • We need 1 liter of baked milk, I don't heat milk, but it is recommended 22-24, I have room temperature.
  • Take a 1 liter jar from the Orson fermenter. We sterilize it, I do it in the microwave.
  • Pour the milk into a jar, add a packet of Orsik starter culture, stir, close the lid and put in the fermenter on mode 1 (Fermentation) for 7 hours.
  • After cooking, put the jar in the refrigerator, after cooling down we get a thick and tasty fermented baked milk.
