Super chocolate biscuits

Ingredients

bittersweet chocolate (split) 150-200gram
sah. powder 2 tbsp.
cocoa 1/2 tbsp.
egg white 3 pcs
salt 1/4 tsp
corn starch 1 tbsp. l
add. you can use flavors.
almond extract (I did without it)

Cooking method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  • Take half of the chocolate and chop finely. Postpone
  • 2. Melt the other half of the chocolate in a water bath (or, as I did, in a microwave). Set aside for a while to cool.
  • 3. Meanwhile, mix 1 tbsp. powders, cocoa powder, salt and cornstarch in a bowl.
  • 4. Using a mixer, beat the whites until they increase in volume and begin to hold their shape. Then, without stopping whisking, add 1/2 tbsp. sah. powder and continue to beat until peaks for about 2 minutes
  • 5. At the slowest mixer speed, add dry ingredients to protein. Add melted chocolate and chocolate chunks and almond extract. Mix well.
  • 6. Place 1/2 tbsp. powder in a bowl. Use an ice cream spoon to make the cookies the same shape. Roll the dough well in powder, put it on parchment, at a distance of at least 5 cm. apart.
  • 7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until it cracks. Remove the baking sheet with cookies and place until cool. When the cookies are cold, you can put them on a plate.

The dish is designed for

about 15-20pcs.
