ramenka
I made!!! It turned out very tasty - I write this with great responsibility))), because I bake a lot and often, all the houses are legible)) I didn't want to stew with crakelin, I thought, how can we be surprised by ordinary shortbread dough glued to the custard dough?))) But! !! I advise everyone to do it with craquelin, in combination with choux pastry and with two creams - a really new taste. I did it with frozen strawberries, I remembered about the butter cream at the end, for some reason I decided that there were two creams to choose from, then I read it carefully, and did not cook, but made the usual one - condensed milk with butter. In sl. I will definitely do it in the author's version. Tips for a rush like me, you don't have to put two baking sheets in the oven at once, although I have convection and I bake so often. it was these cakes that settled on the bottom baking sheet, although they were so beautiful. The bottom line - many thanks from me personally, from all family members and from all guests! There were a lot of people, everyone liked it, without exception.

In the near future, I will definitely repeat the recipe using ice cream and fresh berries - just wait for the fresh ones!

Iruska, I bake pies quite often. Made with apple cream. Awesome delicious. But tell me, do you think they will go with gooseberry cream? I will remove the bones. I bought a gooseberry, we love it very much, but how will it be in the cream?
Lorrys
Well, what a work of art. ordinary eclairs no longer roll to us. we need to get perverted. Irisha is just a miracle, not a cake. I will definitely prepare and report back. Honestly. I will ask Donya to bring the thread from where. Otherwise, I have never shown a picture.

wait for you on Skype. de lost?

Anyuta, honey, forgive me for not answering right away. I fell in love with these cakes precisely for the combination of creams - sour and sweet. Berry can be made from absolutely any berries, including gooseberries, of course. I just advise you to get rid of the bones. And they also look very beautiful in contrast to ordinary eclairs due to the beautiful hat.

Irus, thank you! I flew with a river this year, but I got an excellent gooseberry.
It is precisely because of these hats that I got hooked on such cakes. I tried them for the first time in "beanies" in Paris.
