Ingredients

Milk 0,5 l
press. yeast 50 g
Eggs 5 pieces
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
flour

Cooking method

  • Heat milk, press. dissolve yeast in milk. Beat eggs with salt, add milk mixture, sugar, flour until thick sour cream.
  • Once the dough was understood, knead, the second time bake. The pancakes should be large, about the size of a dessert plate, and very fluffy. At first, the first couple of minutes you can bake under the lid, they will be even more magnificent.
  • As a filling, I like fried mushrooms most of all, and so what anyone has is pancakes ...)))
  • Pancakes are very easy to prepare and very, very tasty, our favorites!
  • By the way, they can be made lean, just on the water, and also very tasty! We ate in the post and didn't even notice that something was missing!

In my opinion, yeast is a bit too much ..... I’m on a kilogram bread, 600 grams of flour, yeast "go overboard", I put 20 grams of pressed ....... and here in pancakes, 50 grams ...

That's right, 0.5 liters of milk, 200 grams of flour ... you need 10-12 grams of yeast ... otherwise it will break everything! ...

Girls, today I will try to bake these pancakes, only on dry yeast, I forgot, I need a bag or 2, I will call my mother-in-law. You need a lot of yeast, but then pancakes don't stink with yeast, it's a fact. In short, I will bake and report back with pictures.

I baked it yesterday, it turns out very tasty, they cut it down in two minutes! Since I can't edit the top post, a slightly modified recipe is:

2 tsp dry yeast (not under the knife, with a small hill)
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1.5 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Heat 0.5 l of milk
flour until thick sour cream


Beat eggs with salt, add everything else, the bowl should be with a margin, the dough will be very fluffy, solid bubbles. Knead once, for the second oven.
You can bake pancakes, or you can also use large pancakes. When you put the dough into a spoon, it is like foam, lovely sight!

My favorite dressing for these pancakes: (for those who like soft-boiled eggs)

melt a piece of butter, preferably of high quality, not margarine, and drive in a few eggs (one for each eater). The eggs should be lightly cooked, so that the white sticks, but does not cook too much, and the yolk remains moist. Mix, salt. It looks not very, such a yellow mass with pieces of protein, but very tasty!
