Zrazy mix with mushrooms (lean)

Ingredients

buckwheat 200 grams
water for buckwheat 200 grams
potatoes 500 grams
mushrooms 150-200 grams
turnip onion 1 piece
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
oil for frying
flour option

Cooking method

  • Wash the groats and boil in salted water until tender.
  • Peel the potatoes and boil them too.
  • Cut the mushrooms and onion into cubes.
  • Fry until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix potatoes with porridge.
  • Crush with a crush.
  • Allow to cool until warm.
  • If necessary, add salt and add a couple of tablespoons of flour. I didn't need it.
  • We take a little mass, make a cake.
  • Place the mushrooms in the middle and form a cutlet. If desired, you can brew.
  • Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
  • We serve hot. Can be eaten cold (also very tasty)

I fried the cutlets until a light crispy crust, poured them with sauce, for a variety of colors threw a handful of green onions, photographed them, then added sauce with a generous hand and we ate the cutlets with great pleasure)))

Due to chronic laziness, I cooked potatoes with buckwheat in a lazy way - in the cartoon for the "soup" mode (1 hour) I threw the potatoes, after half an hour I fell asleep buckwheat washed and scalded with boiling water. Everything boiled down amazingly, mashed easily (with an ancient wooden crush). The drained broth went into bread.
Again, due to laziness, she did not fry, but molded and sent it to the oven. The zraziki were baked great, but the top was a little dry. Next time I'll cover it with foil or put it in the "sleeve" so that they don't dry out.

In the test, there is a clear predominance of buckwheat, they are darker for me, but this did not play the worse for the taste. Buckwheat with mashed potatoes was ground with an electric potato mill. The result is excellent, I added a pinch of flour just to clear my conscience, the dough was perfectly formed with wet hands. I will definitely repeat it with the original proportions of buckwheat-cartotel.We liked it more when it cooled down, the taste of the mushroom filling is more pronounced.
