Oat Pear Pie (Lean)

Ingredients

Oatmeal flakes (fast) 150 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Vegetable oil 150 g
Soda 1h l.
Vinegar 1 st. l.
Salt pinch
Juicy pears (net weight) 315 g
Sugar 170 g

Cooking method

  • Grind the oatmeal into flour.
  • Peel the pears, chop with a blender. Add butter, sugar, beat.
  • Add soda, quenched with vinegar, salt, flour, mix until smooth.
  • Bake in a multicooker on the Baking mode for 1 hour.
  • Leave the finished pie for 10-15 minutes in the turned off multicooker, then turn it onto a plate.
  • For the oven - at 180C for about 45 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
