Ingredients

butter 185 g
Sun-dried tomatoes 100 g
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
dill 2 tsp
salt optional
chilli optional

Cooking method

  • I have tomatoes with Provencal herbs, garlic, if it's just dried, then I advise you to add it when you insist on oil. So pour the sun-dried tomatoes with olive oil and insist. I insisted 1 week. Then I cut 30 g of the tomato into small pieces, and chopped 70 g into small crumbs with 2 tablespoons of oil in which they were infused in a blender.
  • Then I added the tomatoes from the blender to the softened butter, added a pinch of salt and a little chili pepper, dill. Mix well and put in the tray. Leave on the table for 30 minutes for all the flavors to marry. Then placed in the freezer to cool. All! Done. Then we use it as we like. My husband just spreads on bread, also with boiled, baked potatoes, you can, with meat.
