Elena, they are very coffee-like. I put 2 spoons of coffee. three is too much for me. and the structure of the dough itself is tender and moist. this is not a biscuit or a cupcake. tasty and not confusing.

And I liked the consistency of the dough. I think I'll do it with cocoa next time. Although if cocoa, then honey is probably too much?
