Lemon Sour Spinach Bread

Ingredients

Lemon starter culture 100% moisture based on active lemon yeast 160 grams
fresh spinach 135 grams
boiling water 140 gram
water 100g
strong flour from durum wheat with a high protein content 100g
wheat flour 1 or in / grade 450 grams
brown sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
butter (margarine) 25 grams
dry yeast 1 gram
salt 10 grams

Cooking method

  • We take it out, let it cool on a wire rack, cut it and enjoy.
