Curd-coconut waffles

Ingredients

flour 1 grade 270 g
soft cottage cheese 280 g
sugar 100-125 gr
salt 0.25 tsp
milk 15 Art. l
vegetable oil 8 Art. l
vanillin, optional taste
egg 2 pcs
baking powder 1 package, 2-3 hours with a slide
coconut, ground 1 tbsp. l with a slide, gram 30-40

Cooking method

  • Curd-coconut waffles
  • Grind the coconut or dried coconut into flour in a coffee grinder. Sift wheat flour, mix with baking powder and coconut flour. Mix all other ingredients. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes, bake in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown, I have 8 minutes at a power of 750 W. Still cold waffle iron before baking, I grease the rast. oil and waffles go well, then I do not grease.

I also want to say that the waffles that were baked for a long time (almost to black) kept their shape until the morning .. those that were fried weaker seemed to get wet ...

but it was an experiment, I selected it specifically for experiments .. and in the morning I ate it myself while everyone was asleep
