Ingredients

fresh cabbage 150 g
wheat flour 1 grade 1 cup
wheat flour 0.5 cups
dry yeast 3.5 g
olive oil 2 tbsp. l
garlic 1 clove
water 2/3 cup
corn flour or semolina
salt

Cooking method

  • Remove the tough central part, large veins from cabbage leaves, cut into thin strips or chop.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add a clove of garlic, then cabbage and fry for 7-10 minutes.
  • In HP, knead the yeast dough, add the fried cabbage at the signal and knead the dough well.
  • Let the dough rise for 1.5 hours.
  • Sprinkle the work surface with corn flour or semolina, knead the dough, divide it into 8-10 pieces.
  • Shape into buns, place on a baking sheet and set in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
  • Bake buns in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for 20 minutes (I have a convection oven, I baked at 1800 25 minutes)

Due to the fact that I very finely chopped the cabbage, it completely dissolved in the dough (you can't even see it on the cut), but despite this, you can clearly feel both the taste of cabbage and the aroma of garlic in the buns.
