I'm not NatalyaN, but can I answer? Delongy125 is programmable. It can bake bread up to 1.25 kg, but AlainDelongy baked about 1.5 kg. So, in the recipe for ordinary bread on the main program (1.25 kg) flour 760 g, water 515 ml.

If I am correct in the course, then DeLonga has only 125 model programmed
Mueslik
So I asked specifically about this model
NatalyaN
Comparing, this is what I also noted for myself.
- The smell of bread when baking is stronger in Delongy (when baked in Mule, the smell, well, not so fragrant "went")
- But to put bread one by one in Delongy does not work, you need to wait for the oven to cool completely. In Mula, I pulled out a bucket and while filling in the ingredients, I could put the next baked goods on.
- I have never lost my bread in Delongy, as in Mula (there I had it all the time, sometimes I could not even determine why it was so)
- The spatula got stuck only once in the bread in Delongy during the whole time, which is very important for me, because it was constantly stuck in Mula.
- Milk bread of a large mass does not bake very well for me, I have to bake it, because I bake small loaves when I put it completely on milk.

In general, as for me, then I would have left myself 2 stoves unambiguously, each has its own advantages, and it's up to you to decide what criteria are important for you when choosing.

HURRAH!!!!
They returned my bucket to Mula, brand new, brand new
I baked the first bread - the stirrers remained in the bucket, they broke the bread.

Tell me, is it possible to create (program) completely your own baking programs in DeLonghi 125S, or just correct the standard ones?
k.alena
If I am not mistaken, then correct the standard. But there are 12 of them and you can adjust it within a very wide range. I use programming quite actively and I can say that there was no desire or need to completely create the program itself
Cake
I created my own programs entirely. It's just that you need to take any one as a basis (well, there is a technical requirement), and then moving from one stage to another, set the necessary time values or zeros, if you do not need this stage at all. If you need to bake first, and only then stir, then it will not work, alas ...
What problem do you want to solve with the help of programming? Maybe, if you outline the problem, it will be possible to more specifically answer the question "is it possible or not."
In my own programs I have recorded rye (20 minutes kneading + an hour proofing + an hour baking) and “proofing” - no kneading, no baking - only a small static heating (for my own dough, which just needs to come up in a warm place)
The rest of the programs are fine with the standard ones and I don't want to correct them.

So far, I'm trying to decide on an upcoming purchase.
As far as I understand, the programs of most bread makers are "sharpened" for dry yeast. And I would like to try to use the classic ones, which means that you will need to change the modes a little ... Well, and adjust the temperature or the duration of the stages in the programs, for a specific flour or other components.
In other words, have a customizable instrument to play with, not a clockwork piano.

Isn't it eight?

The people here bake and use live yeast perfectly. Only the duration can be adjusted in programs. Temperature is not allowed. But in principle, it is not necessary, because for spreading it is as it is and is needed for any yeast, but for baking on different ready-made programs it is slightly different, so you can take the desired ready-made program as a basis.

And what - you can't set the baking temperature in your programs? It turns out that to bake bread. for example, mixed corn-buckwheat flour will not work?

The temperature can be adjusted. Indeed, on different programs, the temperature for proofing is different. you just need to choose from the available exactly the one that you need for your own program. Go for it.

Strictly speaking, a program is just the timing of each process:
- preheating;
- batch 1;
- batch 2;
- rise 1;
- boning1;
- rise 2;
- boning 2;
- rise 3;
- bakery products;
- residual heating.
BUT in different programs the rise temperature (proofing) is different - for regular bread 30C, for wholemeal bread 35C. Also, the baking temperature on different programs is different from 105C (sweet pastries, jam) to 125C (cake). Therefore, you can choose a ready-made program that is most suitable for you in terms of temperature, and then, within its framework, change the time of each process. In other words, the range is wide enough. And it's completely incomprehensible why

It can be baked on a wholemeal bread program and not steamed with programming

Thank you all for the information!

Only somehow it turned out that I asked one question, and they answer me another
I asked if there is a possibility in my programs in DeLonghi 125S set arbitrarily the temperature of individual stages, and I was mainly answered why this should not be done and how to do without it
But I understood that the temperature, it seems, can be set, within certain reasonable limits.

In this regard, an old Odessa anecdote comes to mind.

An old Jew enters the shop.
- young man, how much is this fish?
is a ham
- I’m not asking you what this fish is called, I’m asking you how much it costs!

Yeah, just pay attention that in the "cake" program at the highest baking temperature 125 and the highest proving rate - 60 * С! When I tried to make the crust darker, I got caught on this. I realized by the smell that the yeast was dying. So you have to be content with 115 * C on French bread. Or change the program before baking.

go to the topic "List of programmable bread makers ..." and there you can decide a little, you need it or not. And other programmable, not delonghi 125, can choose! Such a stove is needed if your character and mind allows you to use all this. After all, many computers use an advanced calculator, while others can already buy train tickets without leaving their homes!
