NatalyaN
I bought a Delonghi 125S bread maker the other day and decided to experiment with it and the Moulinex 5002.
I took as a basis milk-mustard bread from Yana (one of my favorites).
Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
Flour premium baker. - 450 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 20 g
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp. l. (I took olive, sometimes I take sunflower)
Milk - 300 ml
I baked it in Moulinex more than once, but, as noted with my stove, I almost always add flour from above, otherwise the roof is either even or falls off altogether. This bread is no exception, I look at the bun and I have to add from 25 to 50 grams of flour each time. As a result, I need to add 480-500 grams of flour.
This time I decided not to add anything.
I poured exactly the same ingredients, set, by default, the weight to 1 kg, the crust is medium and off we go ....
NatalyaN
... 1. Delongy, unambiguously, almost inaudibly kneads (I generally missed the first boning because of the silence).
2. I liked that Delongy was kneading in one direction, then in the other direction (in Moulinex, only in one direction - two shoulder blades "shove in" on themselves).
3. Delongy took all the flour into the bun on her own (in Mulinex I almost always help with a spatula). The photo shows where the flour almost always remains (the bread is different, there are more ingredients here, so Moulinex collected almost all of the flour herself in this case) ...

DeLonghi 125S vs Moulinex 5002 comparison
NatalyaN
...4. I was very scared at the Delongy dispenser.
5. Moulinex does not shake the body on the table, like Delongy does when kneading the dough.
6. Already after mixing, the difference was visible:
Everyone lacked flour, but Delongy probably had one tablespoon, but Moulinex, as before, 30-50 grams.
7. I also really liked that Delongy has a mains switch on the case. In Moulinex, you need to remove the cord from the network (I sometimes forget to do this).

Above in the photo - this is a bun in Delongy, a little sticky to the touch.
Below is a bun in Moulinex. Comments are unnecessary ....

In general, that before the second deboning (I missed the first one, because of Delongy's quiet work), as before baking, the bread was strikingly different.

For some reason, I cannot insert a lot of photos, and the administration of the forum is silent and does not help, I will just describe what happened.

The crusts of both breads came out the same in thickness and color.
The bread from Delongy turned out to be higher, and Moulines had a flat roof (the bun was not formed correctly, too much liquid).
Since my family did not let him cool down completely, they cut it up while still warm. Delongy's bread structure turned out to be finely pored, while Moulinex had larger pores of the bread, perhaps because of this the weight of the bread was also different: by 25 grams Delongy was heavier (do not forget the amount of ingredients was the same, I measured everything accurately on the scales), it may have cooled down longer because of the "small pores", "the hot air came out harder".

The most important thing for me (after 5 months of torment with extracting the blades from the bread in Moulinex, and I baked bread during this time - sometimes two or three days in a row, I took out one, the next loaded, etc. It's just that the holidays, then birthdays, and everywhere I brought different types of bread.) - this the bread "came out" of the bread machine, but the blade remained in the bucket, so neat, without ugly breaks. The sight is simple.

Today I checked the bread by squeezing with my fingers, so the crumb of bread came back from Moulinex, but from Delongy it did not come back.

I ask you not to throw stones at the owners of Moulinex 5002, but Delongy, as for me, is better and more convenient to work with.
Lazy
Natalyan, the most interesting thing was not shown! Ready-made bread, well, at least cut ...
I need to compare and show pictures. So far, my comparison is not in favor of the delongue. That is, in operation, of course, it is more convenient, but the bread is more beautiful and the dome is at the mulik.
NatalyaN
So I write that I can't insert a photo, I even deleted the previous message with photos, but still writes that the folder is full, and Lola is silent, does not answer the letter.
My Moulinex's dome loses compared to Delongy's.
Today I will put on a new experiment with rye, let's see what happens now.

Now the next experiment is being prepared (so the photo is a little later)

Operation of Delonghi 125S and Moulinex 5002 bread makers (take 2)

Recipe (whose I don't remember, but my husband loves this bread):
Water - 300 ml. (original 330 ml)
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Malt (in my case, Glofa extract) - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp l.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Panifarin - 5 tsp
Agram - 2 tsp
Wheat flour, premium grade - 300 gr.
Peeled rye flour - 260 gr.
Yeast 1.5 tsp
Weight 1 kg, medium crust, setting: in Moulinex 5002 - 3 (whole grain), in Delonghi 125S - 4 (wholemeal).

I must say right away that I didn't change or reprogram anything in Delonghi 125S, I didn't pull out the mixer after 1 deboning, so the bread was crumpled twice.

The modes in these two stoves are already different.

Deboning affects the result of rye bread. + in Delongy, a certain amount has evaporated during the 30-minute warming up of the water. Therefore, a different result in these stoves when compared - after all, the conditions are different. If you compare the above oven programs, they are very different. Set up the program in Delongy exactly as in Moulinex and the time of 1 deboning to 0, that is, it will not be at all and there is no need to remove the paddle - then the comparison will be more objective.
NatalyaN
Bee, I will definitely reprogram, but next time.
Lazy
NatalyaN , I meant just such an ugly dome and structure in heavy loaves (buckwheat, rye). They usually do not roast well and are kind of torn, not smooth and flat. But this is on the standard program. I hardly bake whites, they are still nothing, although the dome is pale.
After the topic https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...mf&Itemid=26&topic=1064.0 I just got my sight, thanks to Admin, and now there are no problems with the rye structure - I increased the kneading time. The dome became smooth as the boning was removed.

The pin on which the stirrer blade is placed has fallen out, therefore, the water flows when you pour it ...

??? And in the service what motivated "sending away"?
Pakat
Victory in the match Delonghi BDM 125S - Moulinex OW5002, won by 125S,
by technical knockout!
But seriously, you need to take the bucket to the service, and if there is a guarantee, they should have it repaired or replaced free of charge.
However, reading about the ordeal of buyers in Ukraine, it will not be easy. Good luck!

??? And in the service what motivated "sending away"?

At first, they said (over the phone, the breakdown was explained and a diagnosis was made) that the bearing had flown, it would have to be ordered in the delivery store of the same service (well, they have such turbulence there). We call there, and in response to us that they do not deliver any bearings, they say, order a new bucket. But I know for sure that they have a program that parses the product specification for each bolt and that they can order these bolts - DO NOT WANT to contact, TIRED working with clients. Okay, we call back to the service, and the rooms are nearby, maybe even in one two different phones are on the same table. We say in the service that the store said to buy a new bucket. Answer (three minutes ago we talked about buying a bearing): You didn’t operate the bucket correctly, poured water into it for a long time, washed it, so it broke. This is not a guarantee, they say, an obligation.
I am here under my husband's ear, they say, how is it not to wash him, when the dough dries up a little, you have to fill it in, and not clean it with abrasive means, and then let them give some kind of conclusion that it is faulty when we will bring the stove repair. She (the young lady from the service) hears all this and says to my husband: "They tell you very competent people there, so they say read the operating instructions." But the truth is, after pressing on them, they began to "move out", which as an exception, after you write a statement, we can take the stove for repair. But this is not a warranty repair. Okay, let's go back when we were (strongly and instructively) told to read the instructions. In general, I am such that if someone says something to me with a smart look and pressure, then I will "get confused" and will think that I may be wrong about something (that's why I can't go to the service to swear, from they will make me a fool for a sweet soul, and I will also thank them). I take and read the instructions (at the same time discussing the topic, but how is it not to pour water if the start of the program is delayed). In general, I calmed down, because it says on cleaning that the bucket can and should be washed in hot water, pour water in order to oxidize the stirrers if they stick ...
In general, it remains only to persuade my husband to go to the service. In the meantime: it's good that there are Delongy in the house, otherwise I just can't imagine myself without a bread machine.

The most interesting thing is that gave us Mulya, the guys are engaged in technology, such as a small shop selling everyday life. technology. They brought it to us without any stamps and seals, now we still have to go to them to put it all (the distances are serious, and gasoline is expensive today, in short, this repair will infuse me into such a pretty penny and hassle)
Dora
I read somewhere that the buckets in Mulik and Delongy are the same, though I will not argue, because I have not compared, can I try ???
Lazy
Dora, these buckets are definitely different, there are even 2 agitators in the mulika, if I understood correctly.
I have exactly the same kenwood and mulika, but already in 2000 mule it is different. There are no analogues with two mixers.
Dora
So I got it wrong ...
Mueslik
NatalyaN , contact Consumer Rights Protection, there you will be given expert advice on how to cope with the service with minimal loss of nerves. This was the case with the monitor; moreover, in the service it was enough to say about the protection of consumer rights - the conversation immediately became more productive. Even if the warranty card is not marked, but the warranty check is valid; i.e. because the guarantee is given by the manufacturer, not the store

Thank you for describing everything in detail. I didn't understand the current, in the end, how to handle the mulky bucket so that such a breakdown does not occur ?!
Mueslik
Mashenka, yes, how did you contact, so please, according to the instructions. You never know what the service will come up with to get away from the repair! We have different goals with them:
They need to fight off us with all their might, do not make warranty repairs
We are to insist on our consumer right
NatalyaN
Everything, bucket under repair, but it seems to me they will not repair it anyway, but will simply replace it with a new one. By the way, in the morning on the phone, they somehow refused to repair, but another young lady (young, still "green" in these matters), and when I came to the service (Yes, yes, it was I who went to the service, I thought I would die of fear of "communication with the service "), they certainly didn’t want to, but they weren’t rude and took me in for repairs, they even stopped me, otherwise I began to be indignant and prove my point of view, which differs from theirs, about accessories for the bread maker. It turns out from them that the bucket is an accessory that cannot be repaired under the warranty, personally I thought that only mixers, because the bucket is part of the unit, although it protrudes. The lid of the bread machine is also removable, but no one calls it an accessory. They only asked me to write that I agree to wait for spare parts. I really don't want to part with my girl.
And about the breakdown, then it is true, it was me, a technical layman (and even afraid that my husband would laugh - he openly said for two or three months that I planted a pig for him with a gift, he did not want such a gift) missed the beginning of my breakdown , the bucket was defective. Two weeks later, it jammed, and I did not attach much importance, I was able to remove this "jam", but then I had to call the service, they would suggest, and from this my ordeals began ...

In general, I will wait for my bucket, I will continue the comparison topic after ...
Mueslik
And what could have been done if it jammed ?!
NatalyaN
Mueslik, as they say: "if there is strength, then the mind is not needed." The jammed shaft was able to turn it, it probably got scratched at that moment, a micro-slot or even a micro-groove appeared, into which water was slowly seeping, because the first thing you pour in our stove is liquid. And so on. "Water wears away a stone", in my case, metal.

Today I checked the bread by squeezing with my fingers, so the crumb of bread from Moulinex returned back, but from Delongy it did not return.

Of course, I was very late with a comment

But this is how the quality of the baked bread is checked - if the crumb is back in place, the bread is good.

Overall, good luck with your stove repair!

Quote: TatSU

Of course, I was very late with a comment

But this is how the quality of the baked bread is checked - if the crumb is back in place, the bread is good.

The point here is most likely in the recipe itself and the baking time, I began to often notice that if I cook bread with pure milk, then it should be allowed to stand in the KhP for a longer time after baking, it seems to be baked. In Moulinex, the bread is narrower, and therefore baked faster than in Delongy.
NatalyaN
Now I bake in Delongy. What about the comparison?

It is more convenient to use Delongy.

1. You take out the bread easily, the stirrer remains in the HP.
2. The bucket is clean, sometimes you don't even need to wipe it, let alone wash it.
3. Kneads itself, no need to help.
(In Mula, all I did was help with kneading and took out the stirrers after the last deboning, so that they would not be placed in the bread, because the bread was torn apart ...)
4. Works - inaudible.
Remember, the recipes are the same.
NatalyaN
And Hochma consists of one thing:
Can't bake rye bread.
I adapted and studied at Mulechka, but in Delongy there are still not such programs. So you have to program Delongy for the Mulinex mode.
One of these days there will be time, so I will try to learn how to bake in Delongy modes.

Generally, each stove is unique in its own way.

By the way, Mulya suits me in terms of kitchen design and location. Delongy from Me requires more space in the same place (sorry for the tautology) - it opens not backwards, but sideways (this is in my side, because it stands sideways), therefore, additional distance asks for.
Bee
NatalyaN, you have already gotten used to baking in Delonghi, how do you like the quality of bread (not compared with Moulinex)?
And if you reprogram Delongy not for Mulinex, but for the standard program for rye bread (long kneading, proofing without boning, baking).
NatalyaN
Bee, I still baked rye a little in Delonghi (the flour is just running out and there is not enough time for experiments), I have had incidents in programming, this is only purely my fault, so I cannot say about the quality for now, (for this you need to bake 20 pieces), but I will definitely report back a little later. After all, for this I started this topic.
Bee
Thank you, the topic is interesting, it has grown by four pages. I wish you a successful outcome in the repair of Mulinex.
NatalyaN
Thank you for your wishes, I hope they will return the bucket to me as soon as possible.
I will say one thing for sure, even though I am tormented with mixers (I take them out after the last deboning), but I will not give up Muli - she is already dear to me. It's just that now I'll probably buy Delongy for myself.
Mueslik
NatalyaN, is this model programmable? And what is the maximum weight of bread? I'm about Delongy ...
