I also used to be reprehensible about minced meat from a blender, only I did this in sausages / wieners. But to the brizolki I whipped pork with milk almost in a souffle, the minced meat in the end was almost as tender as a pancake - and so, no - SO everyone liked it!

of course, you can make rolls as long as you want. Only they need to be frozen. I'm just not sure that minced meat in brizols will last a day in the refrigerator. And not because of the flow. And it can lose freshness. When freezing, you need to get the brizols out of the freezer in an hour so that they thaw a little. And to flow - nothing will flow. omelettes will not allow this - they are not like pancakes, but denser and will not let moisture through if one suddenly appears. I didn’t keep it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, but I did it in the morning, and baked it in the evening. So feel free to do it in advance.
