Ingredients

Minced meat (any) 500 gr.
Mushrooms (fresh / dry) 500 gr. / 60 gr.
Bulb onion (large) 1 PC.
Chicken egg 6 pcs.
Milk (in omelettes) 6 tbsp. l.
Cream / milk (minced) 5 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 3 tsp
Hard cheese) 100 g
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil (for lubrication) Little

Cooking method

  • Brizol is a simple and, at the same time, unusually tasty dish! But to be precise, brizol is not a dish, but a method of cooking meat, fish or minced meat. From French this word is translated as “fried in an egg, omelette”. According to the canons of French cuisine, the meat product is formed by a thin flat cake, fried in a beaten egg or lleison (egg beaten with milk or cream) and wrapped in a roll. But with this method of cooking, you have to contrive to form a thin cake from the minced meat and dip it in the ice cream. Then this cake in an egg must be fried in oil. As a result, the dish turns out to be very tasty, but still fatty.
  • I propose not only to simplify the cooking process by making pancakes from the lezon, but also bake it in the oven instead of frying the brizoli in oil. Simplifying the process not only does not worsen the result, but makes the dish very tasty, with fewer calories, with an appetizing crispy crust. Such brizoli rolls will be an excellent option for a hot dish for a family or a festive feast.
  • The process of making brizoli in this version is very simple.
  • First you need to prepare the filling. For the filling, I took dried forest mushrooms. Therefore, the night before, I soaked them and boiled them. If you use champignons, then you just need to peel and cut them. Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil, adding salt to taste.

  • Minced meat (I have pork) put in the bowl of the combine, add 5 tbsp. l. cream (milk) for juiciness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Scroll in a food processor until smooth. If there is no combine, then turn the minced meat twice in a meat grinder and beat it well in a bowl.

  • Next, you need to bake omelette pancakes. For each pancake, beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp with a fork in a glass. l. milk and a "drop" of salt. While one pancake is being fried, we whip the omelet mixture for another.

  • Pour the egg mixture into a preheated and lightly oiled frying pan.

  • Fry the pancake on each side until tender. Pancakes turn over very easily, most importantly, do not forget to lightly grease the pan with a brush with oil.

  • Then we divide the minced meat into 6 parts (approximately). For each pancake, put 1 part of minced meat and distribute it throughout the pancake. I do this with a spoon, helping a little with my finger.
