Warm smoothie with persimmon (Vitek VT-2620 soup blender)

Ingredients

Persimmon 1 large or 2 small
Banana 1 small
Milk (fatty taste) 200-250 ml
Ground cinnamon pinch
Ground cloves pinch

Cooking method

  • Pour a glass of milk into the bowl of a soup blender. Turn on High heat. Heat the milk for 1.5-2 minutes. The main thing is not to boil, but only to heat up to 60 degrees. (If you have a blender without heating, you can heat milk on the stove or in the microwave).
  • Peel the banana and break it into several pieces. Cut the persimmon into slices, removing the seeds, if any, and possibly peeling them.
  • Place the banana and persimmon slices in a blender bowl. Add cinnamon and cloves. Beat until smooth for 2 minutes.
  • Correct the density with the amount of milk.
  • Serve in a fireproof glass and drink immediately while the smoothie is hot.

Recipe from the magazine "Grocery School" # 10 2016. The magazine offers cold smoothies with added ice. But we liked it more when it was warm, so the spices open better and the smoothie turns out to be "warm" both literally and figuratively.
