Pomeranian cod and cottage cheese pie

Ingredients

Cod fish 1 kg
potatoes 3 pcs
onion 400g
cottage cheese 500g
vegetable oil 100g
salt 1/4 tsp

  • Meanwhile, the almost forgotten dish of the Northern Pomors - cod baked with cottage cheese and vegetable oil - is not inferior to the brainchild of scientists.
  • Studies carried out at the Leningrad Institute of Trade have shown that in terms of its physiological value this dish is not inferior to BILIP, and in terms of taste it is much superior to it.
  • This recipe was written down by the famous specialist in Russian cuisine Kovalev N. And in one of our northern villages in the Arkhangelsk region.
  • That the fellow countrymen of MV Lomonosov were wise, although they knew nothing about the amino acid balance of proteins.
  • So, let's start preparing a natural BILIP:
  • Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  • Cut raw potatoes into thin slices and spread out.

  • Fry the fish in vegetable oil, add a little salt. Separate from seeds and put on potatoes.

For those who do not like onions in pies, you can exclude it. Here the main ingredients are fish, cottage cheese and vegetable oil.
