in general, it turned out deliciously, the dough rose slowly (I don’t remember how the baking rises in general, but ordinary bread is much faster), it turned out to be quite dense, but elastic (but here I may have poured too much flour). and I made pies with walnuts from it delicious

It seems to me that 2 tsp. yeast is not enough, so it rose badly. For a baked dough, you need more ... I would have put half a spoonful in the teahouse.
