Cocoa and curd pie (Kakao-Quark-Kuchen)

Ingredients

For the test:
flour 250g
cocoa 20 g
baking powder 2 tsp
sugar 60 g
oil 70 g
eggs 2 small
For filling:
cottage cheese 400 g
sugar 60 g
eggs 2 pcs
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
semolina 1 tbsp. l
oil 50 g

Cooking method

  • Thanks to the competition, I looked through so many German sites, tried to make many interesting dishes. Among them there are a lot of wonderful recipes for baking with cottage cheese, which I really love. Here's another recipe that my family said was "delicious."
  • Knead the shortbread dough using flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, eggs and butter, cut into pieces.
  • It should be soft and elastic.
  • Roll out the dough about 0.5 cm thick and place in a mold.
  • Carefully cut off excess dough from the sides. This can be done with the dough wheel. It will come in handy later.
  • Use a fork to pierce the dough in several places.

  • Put the form with the dough and its rest in a bag and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 190 *.
  • For the filling, grind the curd with sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and butter.
  • Add semolina. Beat everything well.
  • Take out the form with the dough and put the filling in it.

  • Crumble the rest of the dough on top.
  • Bake the cake for about 40 minutes.

  • Decorate the top as you wish. I sprinkled with almond petals and chocolate chips.

I took a paper form with a diameter of 24 cm, the height of the side is 2.5. Glad to be interested in the recipe.
