It seems to me that I did dry out my pizza, the side was dry, and the bottom was thin, and you all have a plump bottom. I baked for 10 minutes, then put in the cheese. But, having tasted the filling of bell peppers and tomatoes, I realized that they were only half cooked. Instead of 5 minutes, I put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.

The edges turned out to be 0.5 cm, soft, under the filling, a pleasantly crispy base! And after a couple of hours it did not become wooden, just not warm.
