Summer pizza dough

Ingredients

cauliflower 400 g
grated cheese (your favorite) 180 g
egg 1 PC
olive oil 2 tsp
garlic 1 clove
salt. pepper
filling to your taste

Cooking method

  • "Dough" is very tasty, tender and unusual. The toasted crust will not leave anyone indifferent. Highly recommend!
  • Remove large trunks and leaves from cabbage. Grind in a blender. I advise - grind as small as possible, next time I will do so.
  • Put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, make sure that the cabbage is not boiled!
  • Cool slightly and add all other ingredients.
  • Line three dough discs (15 cm) on parchment paper.

  • Place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 220 C for 15-20 minutes until light golden brown.

  • And as a filling, add everything that is in the refrigerator. I have fresh tomato sauce, smoked brisket, cheese, cherry tomatoes, onions, red peppers.

  • Place in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Let cool and serve sprinkled with green onions.

Olya, where does it say that you need to cook the cabbage later? Grind raw in a blender, then in a bowl in the microwave for a couple of minutes and a mustache. You don't need to cook anything
