Lush oat bread

Ingredients

egg 1
milk 240 ml
water 50 ml
olive oil 2 tablespoons
wheat flour for bread 350 g
whole grain rye flour 50 g
small oatmeal 100 g
salt 1 tsp dimensional
sugar 2 tbsp. l dimensional
dry fast yeast 1 tsp dimensional

Cooking method

  • Beautiful, tasty, slightly sweet bread, absolutely no crumbs!
  • It is very easy to prepare and requires a minimum of effort.
  • Pour warm milk and water into the mold. Break the egg there.
  • Add olive or vegetable oil.
  • Add oatmeal.
  • Mix all the flour in a bowl and add on top of the flakes.
  • Add salt to one corner, sugar to the other.
  • Make a hole in the middle and add yeast there so that they do not come into contact with anything else.
  • Lush oat bread
  • I use the whole grain bread program, 750 g (I have the smallest) and medium crust.
  • After 3.32 hours, the bread is ready.
  • Remove immediately and under a towel, cut when it cools.
  • BON APPETIT!

TATbRHA, Tatiana, ordinary oatmeal that is boiled. I take small ones, those that take a minute or two to cook. The most common and inexpensive :-)

TATbRHA, :-) you're welcome! Try it, the bread turns out to be more dessert. If you want it to be sweeter, add 2.5 tablespoons of sugar. Good luck !!

If the kneading goes right away, then this is all there is to it. I bought my first HP more than 20 years ago and every day I baked bread on a delay until 13:00. All the ingredients: sugar, yeast and salt were in one pile and the bread was always great. And then the Internet appeared and the recipes were different.
