Normal mode with a seed dispenser (but you can also throw it manually), medium loaf.
The bread is good because the flour is not heavy. When I changed oatmeal to buckwheat, it turned out to be a less balanced recipe but also tasty.

Today I baked this bread, counting on 1 kg, on the "French bread" program. It turned out beyond praise.
Thanks to the author.

Recipe:

Yeast - 1.5 tsp
Wheat flour, premium grade - 300 gr.
Oat flour - 60 gr.
Corn flour - 40 gr.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 2 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Pumpkin seeds - 3 tbsp. l.
Water - 270 ml.

Normal mode, medium size

I did everything as in this recipe, but did not add seeds and yeast, I threw 2 teaspoons!

If you did everything this way according to this recipe, the bread should turn out!
For such an amount of flour 400 grams of yeast should be put no more than 1.5 tsp.
2 tsp is already too much, the roof of the bread may fall off.
Salt to your taste, but you can reduce the salt to 1.5 tsp.

If the bread does not rise:
- the amount of flour was measured incorrectly, the dough turned out to be steep, there was not enough strength to rise.
- check the quality of the yeast, make a test in water.

The dough turned out to be normal, not cool! And yeast is also normal!

Everything is fine, but the bread did not rise - it does not happen
Or, the dough has risen 3 cm lower than last time, but you don't like it

The last suggestion for assistance is to carry a photo of your bread, including a cutaway.

If there is no photo, then we are talking about empty, sorry!
There will be more problems, immediately give a photo in different forms, a description of the process, what and how was measured, etc. - then we will definitely be able to help and solve the problem

Thanks for the recipe, it's a very successful bread! Even though I was running out of wheat flour, barely 200 g of nashkrebla, and therefore put a lot of oatmeal and corn, 120 and 80 g. Added 1 tsp. gluten, just in case (with it, if you add it, it always turns out to be tastier and rises well), and the bread has risen perfectly, airy, very tasty.

I willingly join all the above THANKS. This was My first .... recipe (didn't even do what was with the instructions).Everything turned out great.
On my own I propose a small modification - instead of seeds I put walnuts in small pieces (about 1 tbsp. L.) And 3 tbsp. l. raisins. Not a taste, but a bomb! I recommend to everyone.
Thanks again to the author.

Thank you, the bread is delicious! I have cornmeal, which is why I had to add one tablespoon of flour instead of pumpkin seeds, flax. the bread is not high, 9 cm, but very tasty.

I, too, would like to thank you for the delicious bread. I added nuts and raisins instead of seeds. It turned out to be a very wonderful bread. Beautiful, even, fragrant, the amount of flour is very harmoniously selected: corn and oatmeal. Once I baked according to a different recipe with a large amount of oatmeal, others rejected it - they said it tastes bitter. And this bread is devoured for a sweet soul. Thank you!!!!

I baked such bread today, for some reason, donkey. It rose very well, almost to the end of the bucket, when the donkey began baking

Thanks to the author for the recipe !!! Today I baked bread according to this recipe. I used corn and oatmeal for the first time, I didn't even know what they tasted like. In vain I disobeyed the author and reduced the dose of salt and sugar by 2 times, it seemed to me rather bland. Next time I would not neglect the recommendations on this matter. I baked in French mode, instead of pumpkin seeds I added flax seeds. The bread has risen well, the crust is crispy, but the top is slightly cracked. Even during kneading, without pouring out all the wheat flour, I noticed that the bun was plump. There is still 20-40g of flour left in the cup (out of 300g).
