Ingredients

Mash (dry) 100ml
Seaweed (dried) 10 g
White balsamic vinegar 1 st. l.
Bulb onions 1 \ 2pcs.
Salt, sugar, pepper taste
Olive oil 4st. l.
Cucumber 2 pcs.
Flax seeds 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the mash, add water, leave for 8 hours. Then drain the water and leave for germination for 12-18 hours. I am using a germinator. There are different approaches to the question of germination time and benefits. I think the healthiest sprouts are one day old.
  • Pour dry cabbage with warm water for 30 minutes. Drain the water. Cut the cabbage with scissors into smaller pieces.
  • Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water over to remove the bitterness. Drain the water, squeeze the onion.
  • Put the onion in the cabbage, mix, add oil (2 tablespoons), season to taste and leave in the refrigerator for a day.
  • Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder or grinder.
  • Peel the cucumbers, cut into cubes.
  • Mix all the ingredients, season with oil (2 tablespoons), season to taste.

I also added to the recipe that the cabbage needs to be cut, because after soaking it straightens and becomes large enough. I immediately soak 20g, and use it as needed. Packs are sold at 100g, which lasts for a long time, because it grows many times after soaking.

Flax seeds may not be crushed, but then it will be absorbed worse, and it is hard to chew. Then they must be soaked before use. It is crushed normally, you do not just need to do it for a long time so that the oil does not start to protrude. The flavor is nutty. I really liked it, more. than flaxseed flour. And you can add not only to salad, but also to cereals, etc. I like white flax more to my taste.
