Ingredients

Daikon (large) 1 PC
Canned pineapple 4-5 rings
Lean mayonnaise (I have apple) 1-2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste (I did not use)

Cooking method

  • Clean the daikon, chop it.
  • Finely chop the pineapple.
  • Mix everything and leave for 1-2 hours (more is possible) so that the ingredients "get married".
  • I continue to love the daikon. Either I was very tired and hungry by the end of the day, or the salad turned out to be very tasty, but I ate it with black bread and great pleasure! But the most important thing in this salad is the new "pribluda", which can be shredded.

Regarding the dietetic nature of pineapple: canned ones come in syrup, light syrup and in their own juice. For those who are slimming, it is pineapples in their own juice that are needed. And I, if not in my own juice, take it in light syrup. I never take too sweet ones - there is no pineapple taste from sugar.

Regarding the leftover pineapples: I put them in the pineapple and chicken curry, in the pizza, in the cottage cheese dessert, in the muffins. My husband doesn't like pizza without pineapples in principle, so we never have pineapples just like that, on the contrary, the deficit is simple!
