Ingredients

Fish fillet 600 g
White bread 3-4 slices
Eggs 2 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Parsley small bundle
Chopped lemon zest 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Rust oil or fat for deep fat
Soaking milk 0.5 cups

Cooking method
