  • So) The original consists of three ingredients - the squid itself (I will not teach you to boil it for 2 minutes and cut it into strips), dill is the main component, the same as squid and there should be a lot of it)), garlic - here look at your preferences , the main thing is not to squeeze through a crush, but cut into thin slices or into a coarse grater. All!! "Mozhaisky" salad is ready!
  • Now about toppings))
  • Fresh cucumber (if you treat "winter" cucumbers negatively, replace with Peking),
  • Bell pepper
  • Chinese cabbage
  • Shrimps, if Royal, not frozen, then it is better to grill and marinate in a sweet oil marinade), if ordinary, then boil with the juice of a whole lemon and add sugar
  • Scallop fried in teriyaki is great here
  • I only had pepper and a cucumber today.
