In principle, it even turned out, inside the dough is soft and unwinds like a roll, only the crust would like to be softer.
Probably too much with the temperature? In the instructions for Kuzina for baking in a couple (or maybe more) recipes, there was a mode Oven 2 - 20 min. For some reason, I decided that since the distant buns are placed in an oven preheated to 180 or even higher, then I will put level 3 for a couple of minutes for a start, then I will slow it down ... Or is it the fault of sweet milk instead of yolk for coating? Or was it necessary not 20 minutes but less?

And yet - those that blushed faster at the back wall - had to be closed. How do you get such color-uniform baked goods?

The bag was enough for the entire surface of the bowl. Ask why a bag and not cling film? Well, 1 - I ran out of it, and 2 - the package was tighter and did not break through anywhere when the lid was closed.I don't think it would have worked with film. In the morning I brought Kuzina in, opened it, of course, there was a little condensation on the surface of the bag, this is because the chicken and rice were freshly cooked, that is, still hot. Even with this condensation, the rice remains soft and there is no dryness on top! I wrote it because ... suddenly it will be useful to someone too.
