Strongly browned on top, but not burnt (covered with foil). Recipe: Kulich from the night "cold" dough from Maggie Gleser. The second batch (3 forms 90x90) according to the recipe: Butter cake "Layered" on the "Pie" mode by default. The second ones even rested against the fan (I put one on its side). It is her own fault, she shifted the test. It turned out great. Conclusion: in forms no higher than 9 cm, you can bake without bothering on the standard "Pie" program
